Every installer is required to wear a uniform. Our uniform system is a level graduated process. Every installer just starting out will wear Green Shirt and Black Pants, After 25 completed jobs, installers will elevate to Orange Shirt and Black Pants, after 50 completed jobs installers will elevate to Pro Level Colors which are Black Shirt and Black Pants, or Red Shirt and Black Pants. All helpers and assistants can only wear Yellow Shirts and Black Pants no exceptions.
